Laurent Sévigny, MBA — President
Most organizations have a gap between the people who set strategy and the people who deliver it. I've spent my career working in that gap — leading strategic initiatives at the executive table, and doing the delivery work myself: products built and launched, campaigns run, processes re-engineered, systems implemented.
The path behind it: strategy consulting at Deloitte, years of public-sector transformation, and technology companies I've founded and led in payments and property technology — taking products from concept to paying customers in Canada and the United States, and supporting more than 200 nonprofits worldwide.
